Hook-Ins and Gatherings

Sheep Shearing Weekend
Dates: May 30th to June 1st, 2008
Location: Brier Island, Digby Co., Nova Scotia
Details: On Friday evening there will be a meet and greet with wine and cheese from a local winery. On Saturday we will be watching the sheep be sheared and also hands on with washing and learning how to dry the wool and dye it. There will be a needle felting class also and other examples what you can do with this type of wool. You will experience the local history and cuisine and much more.
The cost for this week end is only $375 Double occupancy. Book early as space is limited.
